At Artman’s Nursery, we take pride in offering healthy, high-quality plants and merchandise. The following warranty and return guidelines help ensure a smooth experience with every purchase.
Plant Warranty
- Hardy Trees & Shrubs – Guaranteed for 1 year fraom the date of purchase
- Roses, Perennials & Vines – Guaranteed through September 1 of the year purchased
- Annuals & Tropicals, Replacement & Clearance Plants – No guarantee / Final sale
- Eligible Return Items – Saleable plants and merchandise. Receipt required
- Not Eligible for Return – Annuals & tropicals, Clearance plants and Replacement plants
Store Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Unsaleable or damaged returns will receive store credit
- Cash refunds over $150 are issued by check and mailed
