At Artman’s Nursery, we take pride in offering healthy, high-quality plants and merchandise. The following warranty and return guidelines help ensure a smooth experience with every purchase.

PLANT WARRANTY

  • Hardy Trees & Shrubs – 1 year from date of purchase
  • Boxwood Shrubs – No warranty
  • Roses, Perennials & Vines – Good through September 1 of the year purchased
  • Annuals & Tropicals – No warranty
  • Replacement Plants – Final sale / no warranty
  • Clearance Plants – Final sale / no warranty

STORE POLICY

Eligible Returns
Saleable plants and merchandise. Receipt required.

Ineligible Returns
Annuals & tropicals, clearance plants and replacement plants

Refunds issued to original payment method.
Unsaleable or damaged items receive store credit.
Cash refunds over $150 are issued by check and mailed.
